Kickaround

Terms of service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Kickaround, kickaround.app (“we”, “us”), for using kickaround.app, its API and its apps, such as Kickaround in ChatGPT. By using Kickaround, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

What Kickaround does

  • You ask a question. Several AI models discuss it, and Kickaround gives you a verdict: the best move, why, and what's still open.
  • Answers come from AI models. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, so check anything important. They aren't professional advice: for medical, legal, financial or safety questions, ask a qualified person.

Who can use it

  • You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and only an adult can buy credit.
  • You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure: you're responsible for what happens on your Kickaround account.

Agents and connected apps

  • You can let AI agents and apps, such as ChatGPT or Claude, use your account. They can ask questions, read your threads and spend your credit, and you're responsible for what they do. Remove an agent's key or disconnect an app on the Credits page at any time.

Credit and payments

  • Kickaround runs on prepaid credit. Each run uses credit for what the AI models charge for it, plus 10%. If you connect your OpenRouter account, OpenRouter bills you for the replies made with it, and we charge 5% of their cost from your credit. Buying credit adds a fee, shown on the Credits page. Prices are in US dollars, and payments are handled by Stripe.
  • If you turn on auto top-up, your saved card pays for the credit you chose whenever your credit runs low, at most 3 times a day. Turn it off on the Credits page at any time.
  • You can refund unused credit within 24 hours of buying it, with the Refund button in History. The fee isn't refunded, and crypto payments can't be refunded. Unused credit expires a year after you get it. Disputing a payment with your bank takes back all the credit it bought and blocks the account.
  • Free credit, such as welcome credit or a kickaround from a friend, has no cash value. Credit can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.

Your content

  • Your questions and files stay yours. You let us store them and send them to AI model providers to answer you, as the privacy policy describes.
  • When you share a verdict, anyone with its link can see that question and verdict.
  • Only post what you have the right to share.

Fair use

  • Don't use Kickaround to break the law, harm others, or make content the AI providers' policies forbid.
  • Don't try to break in, overload the service, get around its limits, use someone else's account, or resell access to Kickaround without our permission.

Ending

  • You can stop using Kickaround at any time and ask us to delete your account.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever close Kickaround, we'll tell you first.

Our responsibility

  • Kickaround is provided “as is”, without warranties, as far as the law allows.
  • As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for big changes, tell you by email. Using Kickaround after a change means you accept it.

Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.
