Quick answers

  • Short videos: kickaround.app/how-to shows how to ask inside ChatGPT, set it up and connect OpenRouter.
  • Adding credit: sign in and open Credits.
  • Using your OpenRouter account: on Credits, tap Connect OpenRouter and approve Kickaround. OpenRouter then bills your replies, and we add 5%.
  • Refunds: You can refund unused credit within 24 hours of buying it, with the Refund button in History. The fee isn't refunded, and crypto payments can't be refunded. Unused credit expires a year after you get it. Disputing a payment with your bank takes back all the credit it bought and blocks the account.
  • Auto top-up: turn it off on the Credits page.
  • ChatGPT, Claude and other apps: disconnect them on the Credits page, under Connected apps.
  • A run stopped: open the thread and post again.
  • Deleting your data: delete a thread from its page. To delete your whole account, email privacy@kickaround.app from your account's email.
